In-depth onboarding

We begin with a comprehensive intake: your medical history, current complaints, expectations, food log and detailed questionnaires. This gives me a complete picture of where you are and where you want to go — before we change anything.

Detect & correct imbalances

Together we map the behavioral, environmental and cellular imbalances holding you back — light exposure, sleep timing, nutrition quality, movement patterns, stressors and toxin load. Chances are there is nothing wrong with you, but everything wrong with your environment.

Metabolomics testing

Where appropriate, we run a Metabolomix+ test: a deep look at your micronutrient status, oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, essential fatty acids, toxins, gut function and methylation. Your biochemistry tells us what your symptoms alone cannot.

Education through 1:1 coaching

In regular one-on-one consultations I explain the ‘why’ behind every recommendation. My goal is not to make you dependent on me — it is to hand you the principles of health so you can protect your well-being for life.
